The city's full of opportunities: Jimmy Little

For the first seven years Uncle Jimmy Little lived at Cumeroogunja mission near Echuca. Then his parents, following seasonal work, ended up on the South coast at Wallaga Lake – his father’s country. After school Jimmy moved to Sydney. He thought of himself as a “quiet, country boy”, felt refreshed by his tours back to the country, but believed in the opportunities city life offers.
