Governor Macquarie regrets ‘the unhappy Conflicts’

In a General Order, Governor Macquarie regrets ‘the unhappy Conflicts’ between the ‘natives of the Mountains’ and settlers at Bringelly, Airds and Appin, allegedly caused by the Aborigines stealing maize.
